Run: 7.01 km in 57:39 (8:13 min/km) @ 143 bpm
Coffee and two egg sandwiches this morning was not a good idea. The run still felt relatively easy.

My right knee started to bother me in the middle of the run and I had to stop towards the end. I didn't notice any pain while I was walking though.

It seems like sumo deadlifts is causing knee pain, but I don't know why. I'm trying as much as I can to keep my chest up, shins vertical and not let my knees cave in. Since I don't have a trap bar, I'm not sure what to do here. Anyone has any ideas?

I went for a run this morning, but my knee started to bother me after just two minutes. I decided to do my LSS on the elliptical (30 minutes @ 135 bpm) and then go for a hike with the kids. I then had knee pain all day I'm not sure what to do next. I'll see how it goes tomorrow morning.

Re: ML's log
I did some mobility tests and it seems like the pain is only present if I run, climb up and down stairs or walk too much. So a quick change of plan for the next four weeks: Zulu/HT with zero cardio, then maybe another few weeks with Zulu while I incorporate some cardio. I'll really have to pay special attention to my diet.

No knee pain when squatting. I did a ton of mobility stuff tonight from supple leopard.

That suprapatellar smash and floss mobility exercise is really helping along with a couple of others. My knee is a little funky after deadlifting, but no pain whatsoever.
