FSQ
82kg 3x3

BTB Clap Push Ups
3x6

Note: no Pull ups still as I have a slight forearms/bicep issue, got it from some of the wrist grip work I was doing a while ago, it’s easing off slowly though. Achilles had no pain after yesterday which was good, and improved from the prior week.

LSS Run
30 mins

Average HR 135bpm
Max HR 151bpm

Note: Achilles got a little sore around the 20 minute mark but only at about a 3/10. It’s odd how jump rope is fine but running isn’t, it must be down to the toe off etc as a opposed to moving mainly up and down with the rope. I’ll adjust the run now as my physio advised if there was an issue, 2-3mins jog, 2-3 mins walk for 20 mins (if I write it here I will stick to it lol).

Ramp Rollouts

Note: Achilles was fine for the session which was nice, later on I still had some soreness there from the run yesterday. I still feel like it’s mending and not taking too much of a backwards step. Am looking forward to being able to hit hills again eventually.

Rest Day

Note: End of the block. Achilles improving, still doing all
of the rehab exercises etc, still a little tender from the run but it’s improving. Will cut the run right back to what my physio has given me, and keep up as always with all the mobility work as well. Do look forward to being able to hit some hills again eventually.
