Note: flew through that one today. Also got my knee results back after being checked, turns out I do have an mcl sprain, am allowed to run etc which is good, just no hard lateral movements , so skating will have to be a bit passive over the next little while, physio will give me a plan next week, but I dare say I can still train as normal (I’ve had this before so I have a fair idea on how to manage it).
Good session today otherwise, recovery day tomorrow.
