Note: the difference between last week and this week is noticeable. (7.30 pace) Last week was much easier and my pace was better as well. I know I have a lot of life stressors at the moment, and in particular the last week, it’s the main thing I think that is contributing here. I will say my legs felt good the whole time though, so I’ll take the positive there.

Note: had to switch lunges or goblet Squats with back squats, my physio today basically said my slight knee issue was coming from tight upper hip which was pretty evident after a couple of tests she did, so no anterior loading for a little bit. This actually works out well as I was planning on using back squats in the last few weeks of bb and my next block post bb. Was given extra pieces to do by the physio which is already helping. 3x50, a pleasure as always lol, with the push ups the first 2 sets were unbroken, 43 on the 3rd set. Always good to get this session done.
