10/10 and 2 mins jump rope
Note: didn’t get the time for this….but, doing this in the garage up here in the middle of the day…. Even with the door open…let’s just saw I am not as acclimatized anymore haha! Fun session though…. Point to note, legs feel heavier the day after BSSQ compared to regular squats….other way around this is to set things up so conditioner comes before strength days…something I may consider going forward for jump rope work in particular. Running doesn’t seem to be as affected

Note: the treadmill clock timer stops once off the treadmill for 20 seconds, so really I went over 20 minutes but, still a nice light session, good to get in before flying home today. Definitely don’t want to leave that’s for sure.
