Again, as in block 0, I won't do any of the peaking options in week 3. Instead I'll add a third day of B/S/P like weeks one and two. Practice with heavier weights.

Heavy rain today. Couldn't go to the trail.
Went to my local gym and did 30 min on the climber with an average heart rate of 145.
I liked it - really easy on the knees.
I think i'll add the climber to my rotation.

Tried some forearrm curls as i feel my grip strength is maybe one of the limiting factors in my pullup numbers

Start of block 2 :
Bench - 97,5 kg
Squat - 140 kg
Pull-ups (w1 bw, w2 +6,25kg, w3 +14,5kg)
Deadlift - 160 kg

+some grip work

Again , the last set off pullups feels horrible. My grip is giving up completely on the last reps.
When i find energy/time i'll try to do 20+ rep grip work at the end of the workouts and see if the will be a difference.
