Note: switched to OP/IA, the better move considering my life schedule, plus, looking back it makes more sense to go IA after a unilateral block, recovery won’t be as great due to not back squatting in a while, so rolling with op pro (while looking to run a bit of harder conditioning) isn’t the best choice, at least for now.
