Alpha for now. Pull Ups and Dips (10, 15, 15) Push ups and crunches. I tried doing pull ups with SE before and the 30 week destroyed me so I'm going to half the reps with pullups and dips and progress the crunches and pushups like normal.

Alpha Circuits and Temp Run Intervals - 30 min / 3 miles
Pull ups x 10
Dips x 10
Pushups x10
Crunches x 10
x3 Minimum RI's

Tempo pace was based off of heart rate of 170-180 bps
Easy Pace was between 150-160 bps
5min easy (5mph)
7min tempo (6.9-7mph)
5 min easy
7 min tempo
5 min easy
1 min fast (8mph) to finish at 3.0 miles

BP@80% 3x5 160#
DL@80% 1x3 250#
WPU@80% 3x5 190#

have been training but forgeting to post. Plans have changed. Going to need foot surgery soon, will probably start a new block with little to know lower body work/running. TBD

Thanks J! I'm almost considering doing TB with a bit more hypertrophy (more sets, couple extra reps maybe) I'd love to leave this with a 20+ pullups max and a few PRs.

Monday
Missed a week and decided to drop back down to 70℅
4x6 WPU (BW)
4x6 BP 135# - decided to add an extra rep for no real reason (a la grey man)

Wednesday (today)
4x6 WPU BW
4x7 BP 135# (definitely back to 5 reps on my 80% days)
Ab wheel 3x5
FINISHER KB swings - 55# 1:00 - 33 reps
