Bulksgiving - I like that!

80% today.
SQ 115 x 5 x 5
BP 75 x 5 x 5 - couldn't get a flat bench, had to use decline
PU, mixed grip, 3 x 5 with 5 lbs added

It was way too cold and windy for my tastes today, so I did 4 random sprints and quit. Not sorry.

Tuesday: last day of 80%.
Wednesday: planned rest

I'm going to start 90% today, hoping it goes smoothly. I restarted this block, so it's been a while since I had a week of this heavy.

Day 1 of 90% went fine.

SQ 135 x 5 x 5
BP 85 x 5 x 5 - had to use the decline, flat bench was taken
DL worked up to 165 x 3 x 3

Friday - reduced HIC. 20 minutes on a stationary bike playing one of racing games
Saturday - Day 2 of 90%

SQ 130 x 5 x 5
BP 85 x 5 x 5
5 each of pullup, chinup and neutral grip with +20 lbs. These escalated quickly; very ugly sets. Had to take microbreaks on reps 4 and 5.

Sunday - counted a day trip as HIC - it's 90% week, so it counts!

Monday - last day at 90%.
SQ 130 x 5 x 5
BP 85 x 5 x 5
PU 3 x 3, +20 lbs. These were a struggle

Tuesday - HIC - five rounds of 2 minutes of rowing with 2 minutes break. This was my first time rowing; lots of room for improvement on these, average splits were about 2:30/500m.

Monday and Tuesday - missed due to illness. This is the third time I've been sick this fall. Starting to wonder if my workout schedule is tough on my immune system. Didn't eat much, reversed my progress on my bulk and then some.

Wednesday - planned rest (wanted to keep this as my rest day)

Thursday - last day of 75%.

Friday - wimped out

Saturday - first day of 85%
SQ 125 x 5 x 5
BP 80 x 5 x 5
DL - was intending to work up to 3 sets of 3 at 175, but failed miserably and ended up doing 5 singles. I'm not happy with my deadlift progress, but I'm not sure how to fix it.

I'm restarting my bulk. Back down around 118. Trying to get to 125.
