5 each of pullup, chinup and neutral grip with +20 lbs. These escalated quickly; very ugly sets. Had to take microbreaks on reps 4 and 5.

Tuesday - HIC - five rounds of 2 minutes of rowing with 2 minutes break. This was my first time rowing; lots of room for improvement on these, average splits were about 2:30/500m.

DL - was intending to work up to 3 sets of 3 at 175, but failed miserably and ended up doing 5 singles. I'm not happy with my deadlift progress, but I'm not sure how to fix it.
I'm restarting my bulk. Back down around 118. Trying to get to 125.
