I'm excited to have the honor to post here as one of the first TB'ers in the forum. Anyway...
So currently I am in week one of base building for the second time this year. Once I wrap that up I will go Green until January when I leave for Marine OCS.
Current Cluster: Squats, Pull Ups, Crunches, Push Ups, CoC Gripper reps Alpha Circuits and Running 3-5 times a week in the 30-45 min range.
MS Numbers - Bench 200, Deadlift 315, Weighted Pull up 65
Currently not that bad, finishing the SE in about 15 min or less (didn't time it) Minimum rest between circuits and no rest between the exercises. That will change real fast with pullups next week.
My Main Goal is to achieve and keep a sub 20 min 3 mile run and get 23 pull ups before January.

Basebuilding: Today SE Alpha Circuit 3x10 no rest between movements 1 min or less between circuits. Last day of SE at 3x10. Tomorrow will be a 30-40min run

39 min run with friends. 2.79 miles. Easy pace, probably in the very low end of heart rate zone.

Been lazy and on family holiday. Also traveling. No pullup bar handy. 3x20 alpha SE Push Up Squats Crunches. Will run 40m tomorrow
