Just picked up some PQQ (by itself, not the q10 blend), going to give it a whirl.
Overall my trial went well....
Pros
- More energy
- Felt like I had more stamina during conditioning & strength sessions
- Mentally alert
Cons
- Sometimes overstimulating or would put me in a bad mood. Taking a day or two off every week seemed to solve that problem
- Very expensive. Not sure if the benefits are worth the cost.
- Not 100% certain, but might be able to get the same benefits with just the Q10
