*Feels heavy but doable. I need to pay attention to my left (post injury) side to make sure I get full ROM and the side is fully engaged.
** I have looked into my old logs.
- I was able to do 5 pain free BW pushups on 4/23/2015 for the first time after 2 years of non-training injury recovery.
- I have failed 4th rep of 135lb BP by dropping bar to my chest on 12/16/2015. So, it took me 1 year from dropping 135lb to 3reps of 190lb.
- 20lb is added to estimated/calculated TM since August 2016 winch is dedicated TB progressing.
- I do realize that 190lb is really stupid number for adult, but I feel damn good about that. Hopefully, I can get back to 1K club one more time at some point before entering old fart territory for good
