It's nice to be back at it after not picking up any weights for about 6 weeks, but there's always that initial shock to the body. Not bad though. Looking forward to a full six weeks of BB with Fighter and then it's back to Op I/A Black.

I'm in pretty good shape, but it's still difficult to keep my heart rate low enough. And my heart rate monitor seemed to be a bit erratic. It's old and I haven't used it in a long while. I may just try to go out for consciously slow run and not worry about the heart rate monitor.

WCU - 5x5 @ 65.5kg
On the base building schedule this would be the recovery day, but I am adding in a second day of WCUs since my next MS day will be with DL as a pulll. I also did some dynamic and static stretching.

Yep, I'm back home and back into a routine now. Running 6 weeks of BB with Fighter template, and then will go back to Op I/A Black.

Today - Recovery day, but I am getting in a second day of WCUs on this day since Fighter w/ 1-day deadlift option doesn't give me 2 days of WCU's. So I did some foam rolling/dynamic mobility/warm-up, WCUs, static stretching.
