How'd those lifts feel since you've done them last? HB Resets is one of my favorite HICs.

The lifts feel much better ahter I scaled down to 4 sets. Much much better. I believe that staying with the same weight for a couple (or even few) blocks is great strategy. You have nothing to loose.. Also, I don't push too hard with conditioning in this block.

HB resets are awesome. It does bring fun into training and also contributes into anger management :lol:
