Yesterday - Rest day

Today - HIC #1. Connaught Range 10 to 1s

I love the intensity (and brevity) of this HIC session!

MS-KB swings
MS-Farmer's walks

I'm considering at some point doing 1-armed farmer's walks to do more oblique work. In that case, I would do 100 yards out with one hand and come back with the other hand. Rest 2 minutes and repeat.
For kicks sometime, trying doing your carries forwards and backwards. 50 yard out going forward, and then walk backwards (CAREFULLY!) to the start line. Game changer!

Fun Run - 1 hour. Every 6 minutes alternate between A/B:
A - 20 squats / 20 push-ups
B - 10 pull-ups / 20 sit-ups
