Notes
*Getting sick with flu. Felt horrible but still decided to go for a run. Slower pace, higher HR, no juice. Well.. just go with the flow.
**Celebrating 1 year of TB journey today. I started standard BB template as my first cluster on May 30th last year. It has been great ride so far. I hope to stay consistent with TB for years to come. 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

Another sick day and no training. This flu is brutal. Lost me voice and can't eat much on top of general weakness and constant low grade fever.

I might need to re-start the week or even the whole block if I won't get better tomorrow. Will see..

If you're battling an illness for a while, I'd recommend starting back up with the 1st week. Get better and stay hydrated.

Notes
*Back into business. I am feeling better but still recovering from the flu. Getting my voice back. Surprisingly, lifts feel OK despite of some residual weakness.. Grip tends to give up first when you are in shitty shape. Funny in a way...
**So, I've missed 2 sessions (1 MS and 1 Conditioning). I think I will continue the block if LSS is good tomorrow. Might opt for indoor substitute.
***It feels awesome being able to train again..
