**Summer heat is here.. Today is gonna be ~95*ish. I might opt for indoor LSS this week.. Will see.. I can't eat much with heat like that. My diet comes down to salad, protein powder and ice cream. Sounds stupid but this is the only food I can eat during hot summertime..
***Stopped taking ZMA. Might be taking Mg gluconate instead. I don't know.
