Russian Fighter Pull-Up Program (day 11) 7-6-5-4-4
Indoor power intervals on the rower. Five intervals.

I did a short strongman course over the weekend which had briefcase carries, tire flips, log press, sandbag carries and a truck pull. Managed to do this course in 2 minutes 41 seconds and it really got me wanting to include strongman training but I'm having trouble finding a gym with all the necessary equipment.

Russian Fighter Pull-Up Program (day 12) 7-6-5-5-4 It's starting to get a bit more difficult to get through the reps.

Working a shift job again has eliminated regular workouts, basically get to the gym whenever I make it.
