Note: it seems my erectors are a bit bound up still, it might be time for the yearly base building, lay off anything that’s heavy for a while. Given how life is for the foreseeable future, perhaps a regular bb every 6 months might be worth considering.

True! I personally enjoy the regular base build, I never used to the first time I did it, I do look forward to running it nowadays. I’ve noticed you, Bark and myself have matched up a bit training wise over the years lol. I might do twice yearly base building just to ensure a bit of “freshness”.
