I definitely noticed no lifting before BJJ today. It took me longer to warm up, but over all I felt pretty good when I rolled. I did roll with lower level people so it may have just been having a good day.

No run today due to the air quality from the fires here in Australia. I am looking at switching to a base build of sorts in the coming days so it’s ok to kiss a couple runs.
