1 Arm KB swings 16kg

Bjj gi midday

Worked on armbar from guard and attacking the leg from being stacked

Armbar from guard, escape and leg attacks from bottom

4x5 mins rolling

I definitely noticed no lifting before BJJ today. It took me longer to warm up, but over all I felt pretty good when I rolled. I did roll with lower level people so it may have just been having a good day.

No run today due to the air quality from the fires here in Australia. I am looking at switching to a base build of sorts in the coming days so it’s ok to kiss a couple runs.
