I like what you got going on here with the alternating tempo/easy... May have to try it on my next E. Much more systematic than just breaking into a sprint once in a while.

Someone posted a free book called Built to Endure. It's a fairly comprehensive Tactical Athlete book. While I don't agree with some of it, ifs a great resource if not too long. Today 50 min LSS run 4.5 miles. Wedding weekend and flying put me out of the mix for a couple days.
