X3rounds(5rounds benchpress)

Circuit format to maximise rest

I was feeling a bit sore and decided to go with the circuit format to maximise rest. I have still been pushing the volume on my bench. I have one more strength session to go and I might aim for some heavy singles before a force progression. My recovery has been great with no bjj and I am currently off work so it would be perfect if I wasn’t drinking so much haha.
