Wed - Strength

Eating the last days hasn't been up tot standards an I probably went a bit to hard yesterday. So i was clearly underrecovered.

Didn't push it to hard. Hoping to be 100% again on friday

Motivation and energy levels have been low the last few days. I think I'm fighting a cold/sickness because sleep and food haven't changed
