Peaking with front squat was really good. Just felt good. I am surprised how much joy this block gives me.. I am going to run few more blocks of either FHT or Grey Man. I might increase TM by 5lb, or might just keep it around 85% of 1RM.. I like the dynamic and smoothness of the programming without need to kill yourself load wise.

How good is peak week! It is good to not have to overdo it load wise that’s for sure.

On another note I’m still tossing up between GM and MT. Though logistically/life wise, GM makes more sense. Plus I like the idea of the DL twice in week two.
