*Easy hike with kids in local hilly forest. HR was on the lower side until kids found old pond and stopped there for a play. It was next to steepy 300 m hill. I left them play and I hiked it up&down continuously for 35 min. My hike back to home was miserable. Those jelly legs..
**I am starting to feel the energy of I/CAT.. Fighter part is most difficult so far. Fatigue is accumulating. And I am eating a lot of carbs. Gained couple of pounds.

Missed entering logs again. Life is very busy for the moment. Finished Fighter part of I/CAT. Deloading now. Looking forward for the last block of the I/CAT, SE & conditioning. Really enjoying the whole programming. There’s been some missing days, extra days off life related. But I stayed the course most of the times. Will see how last block is going to go..
