I had to move my training forward a day due to some other plans tomorrow. I will take tomorrow as my recovery day instead of the usual one today. I will most likely stick to my exercises and up the loading. I think I will do my next run through wearing a vest for my bulgarians plus dumbells. It was good to hit easy triples on my Weighted pullup.
