Yesterday
BP 70% 4x8 135# (last set did 10 reps)

Deadlift worked up to a PR
135x1
250x5
275x3
300x2
320x1

Played on monkey bars with kids until failure.

Trying to get in the deadlifts before surgery limits me. This coming week I won't be playing with the rep scheme. I'll be doing TB as written again. It was fun to push the reps after not doing so for so long.

Surgery. No walking or weight on foot. Hopefully by the weekend ill be up for some pull ups and BP in the garage

I'm going to rebuild myself now post surgery with very conservative training maxes. Operator Black. Tested today

PULLUP 1x6 BW Start fighter Pullups at 5
BENCH PRESS 165 Training Max, plan to do 5 sets
DEADLIFT 320 will use Training Max
SQUAT 135, Very Conservative Training Max. Don't want to reinjure foot
