For E/HIC days, I think I'll try doing 30-60min LSS, and maybe 5km fast. Thinking about adding wedsnday running day, after lifting...

60min LSS- Did 9,5km
Felt easy/hard cardiowise was easy, but my legs were falling about at min 45-50min.
Next sat will try to do 10km.

Had to do 5km fast, instead of 200m cause track field was closed. Thursday will do sprints/sat 60min.
5km time:
25:27!!! thats +47 seconds faster since last time!
