5 x 5 Bench Press 145lbs
5 x 5 Pull ups Bodyweight
1 x 3 Back Squat 185 lbs
I am going to stick with this weight for awhile, at least until basebuilding is concluded. Like the bench press weight, it felt much heavier than I remember.
